The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and HR strategy within a manufacturing environment.This position is located in New Britain, CT and is 5 days onsite.$100k-$120k + bonus and great benefits.Job DescriptionStrategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, providing guidance on people-related strategies that drive business success.Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.Talent Development & Workforce Planning: Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and development plans for employees at all levels.HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies while proactively mitigating risks.Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Lead HR initiatives related to business transformation, culture shifts, and process improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
