Job Description

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, providing guidance on people-related strategies that drive business success.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Talent Development & Workforce Planning: Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and development plans for employees at all levels.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies while proactively mitigating risks.
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Lead HR initiatives related to business transformation, culture shifts, and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in employee relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance.
  • Experience partnering with plant leadership and hourly workforce.
  • Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on, day-to-day HR responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
