About Our Client

A high-growth, tech-forward organization is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across client-facing and corporate functions. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping drive business goals through effective people strategies, team development, and culture-building.

Reporting into a Regional VP of People, you'll collaborate closely with directors, VPs, and cross-functional HR partners to shape organizational health and performance. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that blends coaching, program ownership, and strategic partnership.

Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives across sales, customer success, and G&A functions.
  • Coach directors and VPs to strengthen leadership capability, foster engagement, and build high-performing teams.
  • Use data and insights to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend scalable, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Lead key people initiatives including onboarding, performance management, org design, engagement, and change management.
  • Collaborate with internal HR partners on workforce planning, talent development, DEI, and cultural alignment.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across regional and global teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-enabled environment.
  • Must Have: Experience supporting customer-facing departments (e.g., sales, success, marketing) and G&A functions.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders (director-level and above).
  • Commercial mindset and comfort working closely with revenue-driving business units.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making and shape people strategy.
  • Global collaboration experience a plus.
