HR/Talent Acquisition Manager

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company standards.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to enhance candidate sourcing.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
