Job Description
-Conduct consistent workplace investigations that are related to the values of the company
-Clearly communicate with managers and employees regarding any and all employee related concerns
-Assess and bring labor relation issues up with HR directors and higher ups in the company
-Maintain and keep up with all current knowledge of employee trends, legal trends and have research to support it
-Identify and develop learning and development programs
-Develop tools and create ways for employees to create a clear and supportive company culture
-Manage and provide content for upcoming learning sessions
-Lead and participate in special projects and talent initiatives
-Manage an on and off boarding program and use surveys to analyze any steps taken

The Successful Applicant
-Bachelors degree is required
-5 years of experience managing a team or in a Human Resource Business Partner role
-Understanding of state, local, and federal laws
-Previous experience creating a learning and development strategy is preferred
-Appropriate decision making skills
-Self-motivated person who has the ability to get around road-blocks independently
-Strong attention to detail
-Be flexible and agile when it comes to day to day tasks and what needs to be accomplished
