Job Description

-Assist orientation, recruitment, and the internship program

-Help to create expense reports, enter receipts, and monitor overall spend within the department

-Maintain digital and physical HR files

-Ensure all documentation is up to date

-Schedule interviews and complete on-boarding

-Record and track paid time off for employees

-Be the liaison between HR manager and Director to the employees

-Administer health care and all other benefits plans including enrollments, terminations, and changes

The Successful Applicant

-Bachelors degree requires

-2-3 years in Human Resources or related experience

-Background in arts in preferred

-Ability to analyze large sums of data

-Capable of working flexible hours as well as collaboratively with colleagues

-Strong interpersonal skills
