Job Description

  • Managing scheduling calendars for interviews
  • Posting job descriptions on websites and sourcing for candidate resumes that align with requirements
  • Screening candidates on phone and Zoom calls
  • Communicating regularly with agencies and vendors
  • Onboarding new hires and entering data into ATS system
  • Merging old data into new ATS system (TriNet)
  • Conducting reference calls and background checks regularly
  • Sending follow up emails regularly
  • Administrative filing and organization as required
  • Data entry as required
  • Pulling out performance reviews and entering details into spreadsheets

The Successful Applicant

  • Bright minded and comfortable asking questions or for help if needed
  • Organized and able to coordinate calendaring and scheduling
  • Previous experience with data entry into ATS systems
  • ATS experience (TriNet is a plus)
  • Experience with Google applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • HR internship experience
  • Hands-on and hungry for success and to be a part of a great team
  • Ability to ask for help if needed and speak up, ability to ask for more work when finished with tasks
  • Comfortable and able to work in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity levels
  • Interested and passionate about company mission and Non-Profit sector
