International boutique financial services firm seeking a HR Associate for their growing team. Our client works in a hybrid work environment, and makes sure always put their employees first.

Job Description

  • Acts as the 1st point of contact for HR issues questions, and concern.
  • Assists with supporting performance management system
  • Supports training on system and processes for employees and managers
  • Assists in the upkeep and maintenance of the Employee Handbook and the HR Business Manuals
  • coordinate firm-wide events such as golf outing, holiday parties, closing events, marketing collateral, and internal and external communications
  • Participates annually in various compensation survey
  • Assist with all phases of recruitment and on boarding
