Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and firm objectives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • A strong background in Human Resources within the professional services industry (required).
  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience (required).
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
  • Ability to work onsite in Manhattan a minimum of 3 days a week.
