Job Description

  • Responsible for driving employee engagement
  • Responsible for performance management
  • Handling employee relations- all investigations and meetings
  • Assisting recruiting team with roles for their employee population
  • Assisting with on-boarding & off-boarding processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource programs and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • Managed a team of at least 1-2 people
  • Supported employee populations of 200+ people before
