They will be growing to 200 to 300 employees in the next few years.They have exclusively engaged with Michael Page Boston to secure their next strategic Human Resources Director.Job DescriptionReporting into the General Counsel and the Executive Team, this is a newly created Human Resources Director opportunity. The role manages an existing HR Manager/ Generalist and will develop the team/ function over the coming years. The role is pivotal to the business's overall long term success. Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:Develop and implement all new HR policies and proceduresWork closely with senior leadership to devise and set overall company wide HR strategyDevise structure of organization to allow for optimum performance as the company continues along its high growth pathHelps foster an environment of learning and ongoing professional developmentDevelops DEI plan, including establishing metrics to achieve proposed outcomesCoordinates with Senior Management to create and nurture corporate culture, including DEI strategiesImplement, utilize, review and report on various HRIS tools and systemsPartner with outside counsel to maintain compliance with local, federal and state related laws and regulationsMaintains corporate knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment lawManage and control spend of HR specific budgetManage current HR ManagerAd hoc duties as requiredPlease note that a presence in the office is required for this position 3 days a week.
