Human Resources Director

Responsibilities of Human Resources Director include:

* Lead and support Cumming, Georgia employee population of 40 (growing to 200) through the HR life-cycle

* Develop and implement HR solutions to address organizational capabilities gaps - strategy, process and procedures, structure, and support systems - turning priorities into action plans.

* Assist and advise the CEO and Executive Team on relevant issues to align human resources strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

* Partner with senior stakeholders from a people management perspective, identify strengths and people related gaps, design solutions

* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

* Manage compensation and benefits packages to reward employees (including: jobs evaluation, salary scales, recognition program and commission plans definition

* Develop and implement the Talent Management processes by defining the methodology and providing training to enable employees (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, etc.)

* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, benefits, and labor relations.

* Define and implement strategies for a positive organizational environment that ensures the well-being of employees and optimizes productivity.

* Define recruitment processes, leadership development trainings, etc., and manage vendor relationships
