Job Description

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage conflicts
  • Provide candidates with company, role, and interview process information
  • Initiate and manage background checks
  • Draft and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Identify, act on, and escalate risks
  • Follow policies, procedures, and internal controls to manage risks effectively
