Human Resources Manager, On-Site, Manufacturing

• Oversee the human resources functions for the employee population in South Carolina
• Handle all employee relations investigations and inquiries
• Talent acquisition and recruitment
• Ensure that company is in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Ensure HR policies, handbook and procedures are up to date
• Performance coaching and management
• Oversee training and orientations of new hires
• Act as a mentor and leader to the HR Generalist
