The HQ is based in San Francisco, California, with offices in New York and other major cities.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the Human Resources Manager include:Partner with key business stakeholders and the Human Capital team to coordinate and manage thoughtful professional development programming across all levels of the firm, including training to support core competencies needed at each level.Develop and execute the professional development curriculum, supporting the performance management timeline and functional career ladders.Support annual compensation processes, including participating in relevant market surveys, benchmarking, and reporting.Plan, coordinate, and facilitate administration and reporting of year-end compensation review for all roles across the firm.Partner with outside compensation consultants to develop and implement custom surveys as appropriate.Partner with the Finance team to support preparation and delivery of annual compensation statements.Provide recommendations and solutions to the Head of HR on employee engagement matters and implement approved recommendations to continually improve the work culture and environment; champion employee events and activities.Assist the team in driving key DEI initiatives.Manage communication of group benefit plans and offerings, as well as internal benefits and perks.Complete various hoc and ongoing employee information reporting requests.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
