Our client is a well-known retail organization that has been around for almost 100 years. They are publicly traded and international, with headquarters in New York and Europe. They make luxury ready-to-wear clothing, footwear, and accessories designed for business and leisure.

Job Description

  • Create training content on different HR topics to upskill employees.
  • Manage communications about training to employees.
  • Manage outside training vendors and resources.
  • Follow up on trainings by implementing employee feedback.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of HR training experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury goods.
  • Ability to go into the NYC office on a hybrid schedule, in office three times a week.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
