Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.
  • Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement in future implementations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Support the sales team in pre-implementation discussions with prospective clients.
