Job Description

The Implementation Specialist will play an integral role in the US expansion and growth. They will configure the software to meet each clients unique needs ensuring a smooth transition to the firms platform. They will also handle the following:

Orchestrate the implementation of new technology and telecom solutions for clients.
Develop and execute strategy for change management initiatives.
Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and client communications to keep projects on track.
Provide consultancy services to clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Collaborate with product and development teams to provide client feedback that drives continuous improvement in our platform.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Stay abreast of new industry trends and technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Implementation Specialist should have:

A strong background in software implementation
Proven experience in implementing complex projects.
Excellent consultancy and strategy development skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with HR software systems, SaaS platforms, or similar technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically.
Familiarity with HR processes and workflows is a plus.
