Industrial Engineer - Costing/Quoting - Nashua, NH

In this role you will report directly to the Engineering Supervisor and be responsible for:

• Designing and modifying work centers to reduce material movement and maximize productivity.
• Developing improved material handling and dispensing methods to decrease labor content and minimize poor body mechanics.
• Using time and motion study tools to determine staffing requirements and balance workloads across all positions within a work cell.
• Establishing and documenting standard work procedures for each operator position by SKU or product family, ensuring they are easily trainable for a diverse production staff.
• Collaborating closely with manufacturing engineers to develop automation solutions.
• Identifying and implementing a standard ergonomic assessment tool to enhance workstation design and minimize injury potential.
• Participating in managing the safety program.
