About Our Client

My client is a general contractor located north of St. Louis with a specialty in industrial work and commercial projects, depending on the client. They have a strong emphasis on repeat business and developing lasting relationships with these clients. They will do $60M in revenue this year with more already slated for next year. In addition to retaining clients, they have done a great job of keeping their employees happy and have one of the best employee retention rates in the St. Louis market. Along with the growth anticipated for 2022, they have a strong pipeline to close out this year and have projects they can currently put new employees onto. They are a big self perform builder with divisions for concrete, steel, equipment, carpentry, and excavation. They are looking to add a project manager to their team before the end of the year if at all possible.
