Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Track and evaluate project progress, performance, and quality
  • Lead project meetings, report on status, and monitor client satisfaction
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and all related documentation
  • Prepare subcontracts and issue purchase orders
  • Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors
  • Assist the Project Superintendent in ensuring compliance with contract documents and requirements
  • Supervise supporting staff, including interviewing, training, assigning tasks, and directing work
  • Perform additional duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager Applicant will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or 5 years as a Project Engineer, with an associate degree in a related field
  • Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution center construction
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required
  • LEED GA or AP certification preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore
  • General knowledge of construction management and Design/Build contract delivery methods
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with structured work habits
  • Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting contracts, blueprints, project schedules, and scopes of workCapable of
  • successfully managing moderately complex construction projects
