Their fast-paced, interdisciplinary team is dedicated to making a difference and is looking to grow with talented, motivated individuals.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design and develop industrial systems for pumping, filtration, mixing, storage, and membrane applicationsCreate, update, and manage detailed process design packages including PFDs, P&IDs, and technical specificationsConduct comprehensive system and component-level process analyses such as mass balances, pump and heat exchanger sizing, and piping/tank calculationsPerform both static and dynamic process simulations, including sensitivity and performance studiesAssess and recommend technologies or design changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectivenessDefine procedures for factory and site acceptance testing, and provide commissioning support as neededDevelop component specifications (RFQs), evaluate parts, and coordinate with vendors for procurementFacilitate system hazard assessments, including FMEA, HAZOP, and other risk analysis methodologiesSupport investigations into system failures and contribute to root cause analysis effortsTrain and guide team members, interns, customers, and contractors on technical processes and systemsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
