These systems are capable of achieving sub-micron tolerances and nanometer-level surface finishes across various geometries.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead the development of innovative electrical systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications while complying with Machine Safety, EMC, and Low Voltage standards.Drive product design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, cost-effective solutions.Design and validate panel layouts, schematics, PCB boards, and wire run lists, utilizing CAD systems and preparing necessary documentation, such as Bills of Materials and routing instructions.Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, including noise, transients, servo systems, and multi-axis controllers (e.g., PMAC), as well as other advanced electronic systems.Contribute to the creation of user manuals and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and ease of use.Facilitate collaboration among teams to deliver robust electrical systems that exceed performance and safety requirements.Review and ensure electrical system designs meet industry standards while maintaining focus on cost-effectiveness and scalability.Ensure electrical system functionality and performance by resolving technical challenges and optimizing system integration.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
