Industrial/Healthcare - Project Manager - Kansas City

• Manage all phases of industrial and healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to internal teams and external clients.
