Job Description
- Identify methods to reduce APC through labor utilization and yield improvement
- Follow project management guidelines and NPI program to conduct reviews and analysis
- Develop methods to track KPC's and metrics
- Drive continuous improvement
- Perform FMEA to maintain stable processes
- Organize and prepare technical design reviews

The Successful Applicant
- BS Engineering Degree (necessary) MA/AE/EE a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
- Molding experience
- Understanding of fundamentals of tooling/fixture design
- SolidWorks and application of Lean principles and tools
- Enjoys being out on the production floor
- Thinks in a creative and problem solving way
