Job Description
- Manage all seasonal initiatives across multiple trade channels including product development / commercialization and the creation of fact-based presentations supporting the four major holiday events: Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas
- Ensure the successful introduction of new products from a Sales execution standpoint including:
- Establishment of packaging, merchandising, pricing, and launch timing parameters consistent with channel / customer requirements
- Development of a compelling, fact-based selling story and associated collateral selling materials to generate strong customer "calls-to-action"
- Tracking results
· Own value - added leadership initiatives geared toward exploiting growth opportunities

The Successful Applicant
Must be fully vaccinated. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years business experience with the following skillset:
Necessary
· Experience with new product development and commercialization -prior seasonal development preferred
· Project management
· Cross functional collaboration to commercialize projects on time and within budget
· Lead post seasonal analysis to determine trends and white space opportunities for future innovation
· Sales - related experience with customer / buyer interaction and strong Marketing collaboration
· Broad channel exposure - with a focus on Mass, Drug, and Value
· Exceptional analytical skills
· Strong interpersonal and presentation (oral and written) skills
· High attention to detail
· Entrepreneurial spirit/mindset
· Exceptional computer skills - particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
· Highly organized and able to work autonomously within a fast paced environment
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fieldDesirable
· Experience working with direct sales and brokers at all levels
· CPG experience- specifically in confections, food or snacks, premium, HBA
· Syndicated data experience IRI or Nielsen
· Consumer research experience
· Agency partnership experience
· Kid - targeted consumables
· NYC/NJ/CT are
