- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Be responsible for "Hunting" new business opportunities and Lead generation
- Develop and pitch proposals
- Cultivate close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
- Negotiate contract terms
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to think strategically and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
- 3+ years of (Business to Business) sales experience
- Ability to overcome objections in a sales process
- Competitive history (proven top salesperson track record or ability to influence decision makers)
