Integrated Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning: Analyze supply/demand gaps, forecast changes, and recommend corrective actions to avoid shortages or surpluses.

• Supply Planning: Develop and maintain short- and long-term production and material requirements plans (MRP) to support customer demand and production schedules.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times to balance supply continuity with working capital optimization.

• Procurement Execution: Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services based on site requirements and approved purchase requisitions.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with local and regional suppliers. Evaluate vendor performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system. Monitor PO status and follow up on overdue or urgent deliveries.
• Cost Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to ensure best value. Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
