Job Description

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth patent searches and analyze results to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective intellectual property strategies.
  • Advise clients on patent portfolio management and related legal matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including responses to office actions and appeal briefs.
  • Stay informed about changes in patent law and industry trends.
  • Work closely with other attorneys and team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
