Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • AutoCAD experience is a huge plus!
