Job Description

  • Own full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, schedule, budget, change management, and closeout
  • Build and maintain detailed CPM schedules; drive look‑ahead planning and trade coordination
  • Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, and cost control with disciplined documentation
  • Conduct owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain clear, proactive communication
  • Partner closely with field teams to enforce safety, quality, logistics, and phasing plans
  • Manage tenant coordination, after‑hours work, and building rules with property management
  • Oversee punch, turnover, and warranty to deliver a smooth handoff and satisfied clients

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors
  • Proven success delivering fast‑track, occupied-space, and multi‑phase interiors projects
  • Strong command of budgets, buyout, forecasting, change orders, and cost reporting
  • Proficient with plans/specs, finish schedules, and MEP coordination
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, and MS Project/Primavera
  • OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain
