Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout for ground‑up and interior renovations
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, design teams, and ownership to ensure project goals are met
  • Track costs, change orders, procurement, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Proven experience in Class A office, healthcare, and/or higher education construction
  • Background in both interior renovations and ground‑up construction
  • Strong financial management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple scopes and fast‑paced project environments
