Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality control standards are consistently met on all projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3+years experience as a Project Manager
  • Able to occasionally perform ground up projects
  • Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects.
