Job Description

An interior renovation superintendent in construction is responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site activities related to interior build-outs, remodels, or tenant improvements. Their key responsibilities include:



  • Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure the project stays on time and within budget.


  • Subcontractor Management: Supervise and direct subcontractors and trades to ensure work meets specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
