Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Mentor and guide site teams to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports accurately and efficiently.
