Job Description

  • Manage all phases of interior construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and provide detailed project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
