Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager- Remote

• Develop & execute internal employee communication strategies to enhance employees understanding of the company's Vision, Mission, Strategy & Goals
• Continually improve communication channels for all employees
• Plan, write and edit internal content for communication for company newsletters, Linkedin, announcements, intranet, video & special projects
• Support Employee Engagement survey and action planning
• Ensure employer branding is aligned with strategy and linked to internal talent development and talent attraction process
