Job Description

  • Manage federal and international tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
  • Provide guidance on cross-border tax planning and structuring strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Support tax audits and inquiries by preparing necessary documentation and responding to requests.
  • Develop strategies to minimize tax risks and optimize the organization's tax position.
  • Provide training and updates to internal stakeholders on international tax-related topics.
  • Work closely with external advisors to manage complex tax matters.
