Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsThis company has a strong presence within Texas real estateOpportunity for growth and advancementAbout Our ClientOur client has a strong Texas presence, vertically integrated real estate investment and operations company covering all asset types.Job DescriptionAssist in the asset management of the firm's existing portfolio as well as underwriting all new investment opportunities.Provide analytical and research support to the acquisitions and development team.Create investment presentations and pitch material for fundraising and quarterly asset updates.Develop advanced financial modeling using Excel and Argus: assemble and modify cash flow models for development and investments. Utilize judgment to develop and form strong opinions on various underwriting assumptions and appropriate pricing/return parameters.Acquire key property and market information by gathering information from deal leads, brokers, property managers, etc.Manage and coordinate proposals, letters of intent, leases, purchase & sale agreements, and partnership agreements. Must take initiative, analyze assignments, identify sub-tasks, prioritize, and keep various assignments moving simultaneously.Extremely high energy, fast-paced and driven to succeed.
