Job Description

  • Support underwriting, structuring, and execution of single‑tenant net‑lease acquisitions.
  • Oversee and review financial models, assumptions, and sensitivity analyses prepared by analysts.
  • Prepare clear, polished materials for Investment Committee presentations.
  • Coordinate transaction execution across internal teams including credit, legal, and asset management.
  • Lead due diligence workstreams, assist in negotiating key terms, and drive transactions from origination through close.
  • Contribute to deal sourcing through broker and principal relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, principal investing, or commercial real estate brokerage/advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting deals from sourcing through closing.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis skills.
  • Deep understanding of net‑lease structures, lease economics, and tenant underwriting.
  • Experience preparing investment analyses and materials for senior leadership.
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and integrity; collaborative and team‑oriented mindset.
