Key responsibilities including but not limited to:Preparation of and ongoing updates to all marketing and other investor materialMaintenance and organization of internal CRM system including logging of all investor calls, meetings and relevant investor updates and ensuring that all updates and follow-ups are properly trackedManage list of outstanding investor inquires, requests and other follow-up, ensuring timely responsesStrategize and prepare materials for investor meetingsComplete limited partner due diligence requests and handle other investor queriesManage investor closing process during fundraisingAssist in planning and execution of annual LP conferenceAssist with strategic firm initiatives, research projects, and other miscellaneous projectsDraft presentations and memorandums for senior managementMaintain and update investor portal and fundraising portalPerform other tasks as necessaryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
