My client is a real estate developer and operator in growth mode with multiple office across the US and currently actively fundraising.

Job Description

The Investor Reporting Analyst will be directly reporting into the MD Investor Relations but also work closely with the Controller and further collaborate with the portfolio management team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership and calculation of IRR performance files, fund(s) and investment(s) track record necessitating strong understanding of IRR calculations.
  • Prepare return attribution analysis to compare Cabot fund level performance against NCREIF, ODCE and Cambridge Index benchmarks while researching and identifying other relevant market analysis.
  • Conduct public market equivalent (pme) analysis benchmarking fund level performance.
  • Support all aspects of the marketing and fundraising cycle from PPM preparation to data and charts for "road show" presentations and due diligence requests from consultants and global institutional investors.
  • Support the continued integration of the CRM database to include investor-specific information to standardize and enhance reporting.
  • Timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly investor and consultant requests working closely with other investor relations, accounting, finance and asset management departments.
  • Utilize Fund level information to prepare the data source used for quarterly, annual and adhoc meeting materials for investors.
  • Help complete regulatory filings for the business (i.e. Form PF)

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related
  • 2+ years experience in accounting, financial modeling, real estate finance
  • Expertise in financial analysis in excel, and IRR calculations
  • Ability to manage and interpret large data volumes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects
  • Covid-19 vaccinations up to date (fully vaccinated)
