IT Business Analyst - Hybrid - Manufacturing

- Lead and/or be part of implementation projects, system upgrades, process improvement and optimization initiatives as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Partner with the business to implement best practice approaches to business challenges
- Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, solution design, documentation, testing training and support of system requests
- Assist in supporting day-to-day system operations
- Implement new system processes - Work and coordinate with 3rd party partners
