Job Description

As the IT Help Desk Support Technician, responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with Service Desk tickets
  • Provide basic network support
  • Support disaster recovery solutions

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Must be able to work fully on-site in Rochester, NY

Preferred Experience:

  • A Degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
  • Comptia + or similar certifications is a plus
