Job Description

  • Oversee the configuration, installation, and maintenance of SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other related modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for SAP integration and optimization
  • Customize SAP solutions to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, addressing issues and implementing solutions promptly.
  • Lead the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations to newer versions.
  • Manage data migration, data integrity, and data governance within SAP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to promote SAP system adoption and proficiency.
  • Coordinate with SAP vendors and third-party providers to procure necessary licenses, support services, and software updates.
  • Ensure SAP systems adhere to regulatory requirements, data security protocols, and best practices for IT governance.
  • Stay updated with SAP trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements and optimizations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant.
  • People management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate (CA), SAP Certified Technology Associate (CTA), or equivalent are a plus.
