Job Description

  • Manage the IT support and operations teams.
  • Oversee strategy and execution of all IT throughout the business.
  • Develop short and long term objectives for various IT projects.
  • Create standard documentation on problem resolution and fixes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years experience within help desk and desktop support.
  • 2+ years experience within a management role in IT.
  • Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Experience with Windows servers.
  • Ability to travel.
