Job Description

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance.
Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data and operations.
Collaborate with the technology team to support system upgrades and configurations.
Provide technical support to resolve network-related issues promptly.
Document network configurations, changes, and updates for future reference.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for network operations.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution for network infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

Fluent in English and Mandarin
College Degree
Minimum 3 years of progressive network administration experience in a business environment, including switch, router, and firewall configuration, network monitoring, and use of network management tools.
Strong understanding of network topology, LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
Knowledgeable in network administration, cybersecurity, IT operations, inventory and patch management, and incident response.
Must be available to participate in periodic network updates outside normal business hours and respond promptly to network-related incidents.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
