Job Description

  • Maintain and monitor the organization's network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and resolve network-related issues promptly.
  • Implement and manage network security measures to safeguard company data and resources.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to assess and upgrade network infrastructure.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding network security.
  • Assist in planning and executing technology projects related to network systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Network Administrator should have:

  • A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network systems and protocols.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
  • Familiarity with network security measures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to managing and improving network infrastructure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
