IT Network Support Engineer

• Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for end-users in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide solutions to enhance user experience.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures within the financial services industry.
• Provide training and guidance to users on new technology and tools.
