A global investment management firm that specializes in infrastrucutre, private equity, debt investments, and equities.

Job Description

The key resonsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Global Infrastructure: Manage and deliver global IT infrastructure services.
  • Support: Collaborate with the IT team and vendors for global IT service support and maintenance.
  • Teamwork: Work with five Support Engineers and handle escalations for US desktop issues.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical problems and provide solution

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in engineering roles with experience maintaining systems availability, maintenance, and performance across IT infrastructure. Having experience working for financial companies will be a huge plus.

Some mandatory requirements for this role will include hands on experience with the following:

- Azure, Office 365, exchange online experinece

- Cisco/Palo Alto experience

- Vmware experience

- VPN Solutions

- Expertise in Microsoft Server(2016-2022)

- ServiceNow experience

- Network troubleshooting & End User Computing experience

- Software deployment using SCCM/Intune
