A motivated and collaborative work environment with lots of room for professional growth and development.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:* ServiceNow (Purchase Ordering and IT incident tracking system)* Assist with Purchase Order entry based on Project Task, General Approval Request Form and Maintenance Renewal Forms* Checking ordered hardware items and assigning asset tags and documenting serial numbers for Receiving purposes* Monitor forms and once approved create incidents for BYOD, Remote access, Loaner phone request* Setup equipment tracking (inventory) for each user in ServiceNow for user onboarding and offboarding purposes* Perform password resets on various applications based on user requests* Check temp excel sheet and send out email reminders to appropriate staff, 90 days account extension for temp, intern and consultants via Security Access Request form renewals.* Monitor General Access Request electronic forms and notify IT Helpdesk (create tasks) of any request for Headsets and Webcam or other peripherals and perform entry for Purchase Orders.* Add, Update and delete user information (user name, cost center, etc..) into 3rd party applications such as Docusign, Diligent and others.* Assist in contacting 3rd party application vendors to perform password resets, request user activity / access reports and manage account access.* Review Bring Your Own Device report, Zoom list and LoopUp list for consistencies and accuracy.* Update user recorded spreadsheet for compliance, update DAB with user's telephone numbers* Cellphone - Update current cellphone list for Loaner, International Data Request Form and DAB (DCMA custom application)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
